Duathlon. Course à pied – vélo – jogging. 5 km – 20 km – 2,5 km – format sprint. Ou au format standard 10 km – 40 km – 5 km. Tout comme un triathlon, changez simplement la première étape de la course en natation. Le duathlon peut être une course individuelle ou une course par équipe.
Dans le premier cas, le participant surmonte toutes les étapes de manière indépendante. Dans le second cas, une équipe de deux personnes franchit les étapes en se passant le relais au fur et à mesure de leur progression dans les étapes.
Ou les deux membres de l'équipe courent ensemble sur toute la distance et ont la possibilité de se passer le relais, mais l'écart l'un par rapport à l'autre ne doit pas dépasser 10 mètres. Leur tâche est de réduire temps total passer la course.
Triathlon d'hiver. Course à pied – cyclisme – ski de fond. La Fédération Internationale de Triathlon réglemente : course à pied 7-9 km, cyclisme 12-14 km, ski de fond 10-12 km.
On peut dire qu'avec l'avènement de cette compétition hivernale, le triathlon est devenu un sport toutes saisons.
Il n'y a pas de critères clairs pour les distances. Les fédérations régionales de triathlon, lorsqu'elles organisent des championnats de triathlon d'hiver, prennent souvent en compte les conditions locales et proposent aux athlètes des variantes de distances.
Le triathlon d'hiver est peut-être la compétition de saison froide la plus excitante que j'ai jamais vue. Les cyclistes se précipitent sur la couverture neigeuse dans les descentes et les montées, se relayent en toute confiance à grande vitesse, dépassent, maintiennent la sécurité...
L'aviation tout autour et plus encore

Types de triathlon
Il existe les types de triathlon suivants :

Histoire
Selon l'historien du triathlon et champion Ironman Hawaii Scott Tinley, les racines du triathlon sont basées sur une course organisée en France dans les années 1920 et 1930 appelée « La Course des Debrouillards » (littéralement « La Course des Persistants »). De nos jours, cette course a lieu chaque année en France près de Joinville le Pont, près de Meulan et Poissy. Des compétitions comme le triathlon moderne ont été entendues pour la première fois en 1920 dans le journal français L'Auto, qui faisait état d'une compétition appelée Les Trois Sports, comprenant une course à pied de 3 km, une balade à vélo de 12 km et une traversée du canal de Marnay à la nage. L'Union Internationale de Triathlon (ITU) a été fondée en 1989 sous le nom de organisation internationale, dont l'objectif principal était d'inclure le triathlon dans le programme olympique. Il convient de noter que l'ITU n'a jamais officiellement sanctionné le triathlon Ironman. Certains pensent que l'Ironman d'Hawaï devrait être reconnu comme un championnat du monde officiel pour le sport dans son ensemble et devrait également être sanctionné par l'ITU. Actuellement, sous la juridiction de l'ITU, des compétitions sont organisées en aquathlon (course + natation + course), triathlon d'hiver (cross + cyclo-cross + ski de fond), triathlon en à l'intérieur et duathlon.
Depuis sa création, la popularité du triathlon a augmenté à un rythme significatif et comprend désormais des milliers de compétitions chaque année avec des centaines de milliers de participants à travers le monde.
Compétitions
Natation
La compétition commence par la natation. Il y a un départ groupé de tous les participants depuis un ponton ou directement depuis l'eau dans un long triathlon. En cas de basse température de l'eau, l'utilisation de combinaisons jusqu'à 5 mm d'épaisseur est autorisée. Généralement, la baignade suit un parcours triangulaire balisé par des bouées et des cordes. Selon les règles de la Fédération Internationale de Triathlon (ITU), l'utilisation de « lits » courts montés sur le guidon est autorisée sur les vélos de route. Les punitions
Lors des compétitions, les athlètes n'ont pas le droit de s'interférer les uns avec les autres. Si cela se produit pendant la natation, l'athlète sera retardé de 30 secondes à la fin de celle-ci. Si cela se produit lors d'une course à pied ou à vélo, l'athlète est averti par un carton jaune. Après cela, il doit s'arrêter et attendre l'autorisation pour continuer la compétition. Divisez la distance par prochaines étapes:
Première bouée. La tâche consiste à nager jusqu'à la première bouée du meilleur groupe. Commencez assez vite, mais pas aussi vite que possible. N'oubliez pas de suivre la trajectoire tous les 5 à 7 coups.

Règles générales du triathlon

- Course cycliste
L'itinéraire cyclable commence au point où vous montez sur le vélo et se termine au point où vous en descendez. Sur le parcours cycliste, vous devez rouler, porter ou conduire un vélo dans les couloirs balisés.
Il est interdit d'entraver les mouvements des autres participants à la compétition ou de gêner les autres athlètes lors du changement de vêtements et de la préparation des vélos.
Par défaut, les participants suivent les règles trafic dans le pays où se déroule le concours.
Le traînage ou l'avance (suivre le concurrent qui précède dans une zone aérodynamique de 10 mètres) peut être autorisé ou non. Dans les compétitions où le drafting est interdit, un concurrent ne peut entrer dans la zone de draft qu'à peu de temps dans le but de dépasser. La violation des règles de rédaction dans les compétitions avec rédaction interdite entraînera une amende temporaire, et les violations répétées entraîneront la disqualification.

Spécificités du triathlon et de la natation en eau libre

Types de disciplines

Équipement

Équipement de cyclisme
Les compétitions de triathlon à ce stade ne sont pas très différentes d'une course cycliste classique, l'équipement est donc approprié.
